Haven exists because international buyers needed more than a listings site. Virginia met legal clients who also needed help on the property side; Helen brought sales and negotiation experience, first-hand property-buying experience, and a life built here in Spain.

Helen works directly with clients from the first video call through search, viewings, negotiation and completion. Originally from the UK and based in the Seville area, she works in English and Spanish — and much of the work happens out on the ground, not behind a desk.

Where you appoint her, legal and immigration work is carried out by Virginia — a bilingual Spanish lawyer with her own legal practice, separate from Haven. The exact public wording of her role is subject to her approval.
